The Duke WB305 Aerohot™ steam table has five pan openings, each one measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 8 inches. A drain and drain valve in the unit enable operators to add water to the unit, creating a wet bath to disperse heat evenly in each compartment. Heat is generated by LP gas and distributed through burners that are controlled by adjustable valves.
Along the front, a 7-inch-wide carving board provides a place for prepping and finishing dishes. It is supported by a stainless steel shelf and heavy-duty brackets. Additional storage space for supplies is available on the Duke WB305 steam table’s undershelf, and its adjustable feet and stainless steel legs help the unit remain level on most uneven surfaces.
